Fat Eye Studios

Business Development

Aligning closely with the founder of Fat Eye Studios our goal was to accelerate sales and digital marketing efforts; working to create new collateral, run promotions, and implement systematic processes for business development.

After nearly a decade in business, the company had undergone substantial change including a series of expansions to acquire larger production facilities, and it was undeniably time to revamp marketing for the digital landscape.

To begin with we conducted thorough competitive analysis in order to develop materials that strategically position the two stages located near downtown Los Angeles. Particular attention was paid to managing website development, automating workflows, and optimizing public location listings.

Creators Welcome

In managing the studio bookings, we improved the rate of response to customer correspondence with handy FAQs and moreover controlled the availability calendar scheduling scouts, shoots, quoting projects and expediting agreements. Plus, new revenue streams were initiated to capitalize on inventory, with the itemized catalogue of rental props and furnishings.

Ultimately, ongoing outreach to contacts from multiple verticals was orchestrated to boost sales by showcasing both studios’ unique differentiators and advantageous resources. In the end, we increased interest in the space driving repeat customers and hosted high-profile productions by the likes of today’s top entertainment brands including Showtime, Spotify, Brooklyn 99, Netflix, and more.

Artists and performers were welcomed to film including an appearance from JLo and the #1 trending YouTube video by Tekashi 6ix9ine featuring Nicky Minaj. The fashion and apparel industry shot advertising creative and editorial such as the latest Asos Magazine, the Nike Hyperdunk campaign, and the Adidas Y-3 collection. Overall fulfilling the visual needs of all types of creators.
